Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Dude Perfect gear, so we offer a hassle-free return and exchange period within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your registered email address.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely package your items in their original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned apparel, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
